WSDG is proud to participate in the first-ever edition of LIT 26 – Live Industries & Theater Convention, organized by the svtb (Swiss Association of Technical Stage and Event Industry). Taking place at the Theater Casino Zug, this landmark Swiss event brings together professionals from the live entertainment and theater sectors for a day of networking and knowledge sharing.

As a featured part of the program, WSDG Senior Partner & Co-CEO Dirk Noy will present a session (in German) that will draw on WSDG’s extensive global portfolio in arts and entertainment. During this presentation Noy will offer expert insights into the acoustic principles and specialized design strategies required to shape world-class production and performance environments.

Berklee College of Music – Architecture and Acoustics of Critical Listening Environments

This course provides advanced information and training in the science of acoustics. Using existing and past projects as source material, world-renowned studio designer John Storyk takes students through the acoustical design process, including both acoustical and programmatic considerations. He draws on pictures, charts, graphs, and recorded examples taken from real-world projects, both completed and in process, to highlight the challenges encountered and solutions devised for creating program-satisfying and acoustically correct facilities. These encompass both world-class, multiroom studio facilities as well as smaller-budget projects and home studios.

Recording Studio Design – From Dream to Reality

Danish Sound Cluster: Acoustic Design For Multi-Purpose Sports Arenas
